Terms and Conditions

ONLINE ADVERTISING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Each site in the network MAY have additional terms of service. Unless otherwise noted on each site, the following Advertising Terms and Conditions are in effect:

1. These terms and conditions may be changed at any time and are current as of the publishing date.
2. Monthly Advertising Contract Period* begins the date materials are posted to the appropriate web site ZONES or no later than 30 days after the insertion order is signed. The advertiser will supply materials, according to each individual sites advertising specifications, by the customer material commitment date** or 30 days after the date on the insertion order. If materials are not sent within 30 days, a banner consisting of the company logo will be created and posted and be replaced upon the receipt of materials.
3. All exclusive banner positions are sold on a first come/first served basis. Payment in full and the receipt of advertiser supplied and uploaded art are required to guarantee positions on any site in the network.
4. All banner ads may be updated as often as you like using our Advertiser self serve option. Please note that in some instances, changed ads may not be placed into the rotation until viewed and verified by our ad department. This may take up to 3 business days.
5. All rates are subject to change upon notice.
6. Umbrella Media Group and IMAGE Management reserves the right to hold advertisers and/or their advertising agency jointly and severally liable for such monies that are due and payable to Umbrella Media Group and/or it's network publishers.
7. The advertiser and agency assume all liability for all content (including text, representations, illustrations, graphics, charts, trademarks or other copyrighted matter) of all material.
8. The Publisher reserves the right to reject any advertising or advertiser which (in it's sole judgement) it feels is not in keeping with the web site’s standards. The Publisher shall not be responsible or liable for loss of profit, loss of business or any other consequential damages as a result of any error or omission in or of an advertisement. The Publisher is not liable for any failure or technical issues that limit access to the web site.
9. Umbrella Media Group makes no representations as to the accuracy of the content of advertiser’s material.
10. All online advertising is prepaid.
11. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will not be allowed after Customer Material Commitment Date has passed, or 60 days from signing of contract, whichever comes first.
12. Limitation of liability: Umbrella Media Group, its parent companies or subsidiaries does not assume any responsibility for loss or damage of any kind relating to advertising on any network site or any of it's publisher network sites. In the event of site downtime (for any reason), all affected, currently paid in full accounts will be credited with an equivalent amount of time to ensure full exposure.

*Contract Period is the duration of the online sponsorship program as selected (and paid for) by the Advertiser.
**Customer Material Commitment Date is the date that the customer agrees to supply advertising materials to Advantage Business Media (see date on front of contract).
